hey ever since i got my seven, the starter soldenoid has always been playing up, sometimes starting perfect and other times needing a few tries before starting. well today my brother removed the starter from the box and did some magic with the solenoid. not sure exactly but im guessing a clean of the parts inside. finally everything is perfect, it starts STRONG now. The only problem he encountered was removing the soenoid cos the screws were rusted pretty tight in there.

for those who think they might have a dodgy starter solenoid and have a hard time starting it, just use the flick method with the key, if it doesnt start first go, flick the key forward and back a few times, it should start on the 3-4th try.
