started my R85 install today ! pics

finally had some time to work on the car...

still need to put my IC, radiator, fuel elbow, fuel pump, and PFC in and mod the lim and I'll be good to go, yanking the twins today reminded me of how much i hate them...

That was a very stock looking 7 you had there. Looks like your waiting on a lot of parts.

have most of em, i just had to remove everything today and i got as far as getting the manifold and turbo on i wanted to see how it would fit in there... barely

Could you give a list of items you need to install and run this turbo?

-Turbo kit (turbo,DP, Oil/water lines, filter)
-PFC for tuning (or similar)
-block off plates for ?? (removed air pump and...?)
-new vacuum lines (I guess you need longer ones now)
-...

well the r85 came with everything basically needed to install it, u will need block off plates some caps, modding of the lim is what im doing today so i can get the dp on.

until next spring i'll be running PFC with 850s and 1600s etc.

i put together my own v-mount setup for under 1000 !!! wait till u see this (bad ***)

well my bnlock off plate studs broke off so i had to rig it a bit on my old lim, you dont have to mod it i was going to have to cut something off but im just swapping mine with aaron's and calling it a day on the lim. it is close though...
