start problem

I am stumped and need another view as to what to check.
I've checked everything!

I've been trying to diagnose a starting problem.
It's a single GT35 and PFC. Everything was fine until one dyno pull it dropped to idle and shut off. It will not start after that. It will start when cold but after about a minute the idle drops and dies. It doesn't sputter.
When I do crank, it seems like it wants to start but doesn't. I'm not sure if it's a PFC problem. There are no vacuum lines popped or IC connector (initially that's what I thought).
The thing that gets me is it starts when cold but dies after about a minute of idling.
It's not flooded because the plugs come out bone dry.
The fuel pump runs, there is fuel pressure, there is injector pulse....
There is spark at both plug L1 and L2.
Can't be a fuse because it starts when cold.
Can't be a popped off vacuum line because it should at least start but not old idle (check all anyway).

I highly doubt that BOTH primaries locked up at the same time but if that's the case, why does it start when cold and dies after a minute of idling??

It's a simple single turbo set up with PFC so there are no solenoid BS hat may be a suspect.
I ran out of ideas and maybe someone can think of something else because I have checked or thought of everything.
Thanks for any input.

Check your compression first

If it dies after 1 minute of ideling i would say it's a heat issue somewhere. Coils that are bad and overheats. Injectors that freeze up when they get warmer. Wire harness that get's heated and shorts. U just need to start measuring. Check your coils that's my first bet. And also make sure u check for spark when this happens.

If u say it's bone dry when this happens, it not spark that dies, but i would check it anyway. See if u get fuel when it stops. Try running it on higher idle and see what happens. See if it dies faster or if u can hold it. Might also be the fuel pump as well.

Have u checked your fuel pressure?

It could be the fuel pump or coils...I know. I checked them and it's fine.

It seems like a heat issue. I know. All checks out though.
I checked for spark, fuel pump running (jumped it) and whatever I could think of and still wouldn't start. Just cranks and cranks. No sign of trying to start.

The ONLY thing I have not done was pull out the primaries to have it checked. How can BOTH go out at the same time??? Highly unlikely but I'm going to pull them out and see.

It's a weird issue. My last resort was to post here and see if someone can think of something.
