Start Cut Relay?
Hi, I have an RHD FD3S `93 and I have a big problem, it won`t start 
Checked the electrical diagrams and came to the conclusion that the start cut relay doesn`t work but I have no idea where its located or how it looks. Does anybody know??
Have these pictures and if you know where I should look please tell me!!

On the USDM FD the relay has a blue plug with black cover. it's approximately 1x1.5" or 25x38mm. it has a 6 connector plug with 4 wires going into it. I'm not sure if the RHD has the same one.
