Stalling and Flooding

I have had this problem lately where I flooded the motor by doing dougnuts, and then I got it fixed the other day. So I figured that if I didn't get on it for a while, I would be fine. Today I was driving down the road, and I went over train tracks, all of a sudden, I had nothing. I was rolling and couldn't even get the damn thing to start by letting out the clutch. I pulled into a parking lot, and walked my *** home. I went back with my Jeep and tried to start the car. The bastard started right up....WTF? I don't get it. Any ideas. My mechanic said that it checked out perfect the other day. I am starting to get really pissed, and am thinking of selling it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the hell it can be.
