squeaking sound when i press clutch down

When I depress my clutch all the way down, I hear a faint but distinctive squeaking sound coming from underneath the drivers side underbody. It almost just seems like I just need to oil something down there

I just flushed out my clutch and diff fluids. Anyone know how I can fix this??

Also, if I were to replace my clutch with a more heavy duty on, what exactly does this replace?? Is it the entire system?? Any help appreciated, thanks guys

Mike

I agree. You replace the pressure plate, friction plate, TO bearing, pilot bearing and seal. You also want to do a good check of the clutch arm for cracks. You may also find that you need to have the fly wheel resurfaced if it is in bad condition.

Is it sound like a squeel or a rolling sound ? Does it stop when you hold it down after a while ? If its a roll and stops when you disengage your clutch I bet its your throwout bearing.

HA HA, my car sounds like a little mouse is getting squeezed when I put in my clutch. The pedal pivot needs a 'lil grease. Poke your head down into the foot well and push on the clutch pedal. Make sure it's not what I've got above...

Um, I bet it's just the clutch pedal mechanism that needs a shot of lub or cleaning.

Is the clutch pedal make noise as you press on it and then stop once it is at the floor?
Or does it make noise when the clutch is out and not when the clutch is in?
Sence you replaced everything (make sure you trust you mech.) it sounds to me like the pedal piston could use a shot of lube.
