are r1 springs lower than base springs? ive searched around but couldnt dig up any of this info

The springs between all FD models are exactly the same. R models had stiffer shocks and larger anti-roll bars.

well does anyone know the stock spring rates? i need to know so i can set me up a great track car.

Front 270 lbs/in
Rear 206 lbs/in

Motion ratio:
Front 1.60
Rear 1.40

Wheel rate:
Front 105 lbs/in
Rear 105 lbs/in
