You want to **** up your car and waste your time then go with some gypsy aftermarket ****....

On the other hand, If you want to do the job right the first time then go with OEM studs and bolts. I, mean think about this for a minute... Don't you think MAZDA would've used BOLTS if they thought they were better?

Now, I'm guessing you own an FD because you like to drive it! If, on the other hand, You'd prefer to jack-stand the thing and simply love to bang up you knuckles and just can't go through a week without fixin **** then go after market...

Bottom line, go buy a Mazda manual and RTFM....

read the fin manual ...

RTFM

hahahahah that would eliminate half (of the posts) on this forum ... I think that legendr35 posted some reasonable subject matter here though. No reason to rip him a new one ...

Still legendr35, I hope you take our advice ... this isn't the place to save a few dollars

McMaster-Carr has an incredible catalog of studs.
Including ASTM Rated metric and 18-8 stainless. They ship same day.
There like $ 0.41 for Metric Class 4.6 rated steel, which is probably better than anything Mazda uses
or
$ 1.69 or so for stainless depending on length.

Dont let the hillbilly's on here scare you from trying to improve your car budget and get a better assembly at the same time

I threw out my RX7.com studs and went back to the stockers. The aftermarket ones were too soft and weren't letting me tighten up the downpipe correctly.

BTW: The key to not breaking the studs is to work them out and back in little by little until they free up...
