spark plugs not sparking

So my car has been running shitty for a while just didnt feel like a 400 hp car. I decided to check my plugs and the two bottom plugs are not sparking. I fried the wiring harness that goes to the coil packs a while back and replaced it and since then no spark to those plugs. I have checked the coil pack and it was fine.

My question is short of replacing the main engin harness what can I do to fix this?

I have heard there is a way you can wire the coil pack directly to the ignition and skip the 8 feet of wire that runs through the car.

I have an XS ignition and didnt quite understan exactly how this was done and wasnt gonne even attempt without a diagram and explanation.

Also my factory alarm is going crazy the alarm just goes off for no reason could this be related? And my cooling fans will not stop running unless I pull the fuse.

Is it possible that the I fried the main harness and it has directly caused all of these problems or are they on seperate harnesses?

Here's the info on the iginition wiring:

As far as your problems, have you also tested the ignitor? The rest of it could be related or it may not be but I would start checking any wires grounding themselves out or shorting on something.

Learn to read a wiring diagram, learn to troubleshoot & fix electrical problems, or pay someone to do all that for you.

Yes, especially if all the problems started at the same time. First, check all your fuses, in the engine bay and inside the cabin (near the clutch). Next, check all your connectors, especially the ones near the ignition harness that you replaced. Be sure that any grounding points (ring terminals) are bolted to the engine block or chassis.
