spark plug?

Hi I was wondering what type of spark plugs to run on my 13b. I finished the rebuild and I plan to make 450 rwhp and was wondering what heat range of plugs to use.
Thanks
Richard

10 or 10.5. The 10s will idle smoother when cold and foul slightly slower.
