I was driving around town for a while, i went home, left the turbo timer on at 3:00, shut the door and locked and proceeded about my way. I had a few friends over for dinner and one asked to go for a ride...sure as Sh*t i go to the start car, no go. It just cranks over and over with no sign of firing. So i pulled did the whole EGI pull and tried that, no go. Pulled the start plugs, they looked used but nothing fouled. Figured i try the engine oil in there and all that. Still nothing. I then decided to see if im getting spark, i pulled a lead plug and had my wife turn it over while i stuck a screw driver at the end of the spark plug, needless to say i got shocked, but i have spark going through the plug. So i have no idea whats next, fuel injectors? Fuel pump? The PFC is reading 1.7% while im cranking it, and the battery started out at 12volts, its at like 9.8 now due to trying numerous deflooding procedures....so guys any advice?

 

First I would also check the operation of the fuel pump relay (Located next to the EGI relay). If that's ok, verify fuel supply next by checking fuel pressure.
