Sorry in Advance, this is probably pretty dumb.
Should I have any boost under 3K rpms? Under part thottle (under 3K) I'm getting anywhere between 2-6psi. Is this normal?
Mods
-down pipe
-tkt cold air induction
-tkt power pulleys
-RB exhaust
or does it have to do with the fact I'm running the stock ECU? or maybe solenoid problems?
If you have to bash for not searching, fine...I've been trouble shooting my boost problems for a while and it's about to get intense (downtime).

sure, you could have boost at under 3k rpm. and be thankful for it. heheh.
it would also depend on the load on the engine as well of course. you probably wouldn't get a lot of boost going down a hill with the same throttle position.

with the stock twins, you should be able to get full boost below 3k rpm.
In 4th or 5th, it should pretty much spool instantly to 10 psi (or more) on your primary, even under light throttle (below 3k).
