Something does not look right with these injector o-rings

the one on the right is the one that is already there, the one on the left is new 13-ZG3 o-rings from Mazda.

what I pulled out:

and what I'm putting back in:

How come my new o-rings are so damn small? they don't look like the seal at all? Are these stock injectors? (they're primary's btw)

You need NF01 prefix rather than N3A1 for the lower O ring. Usually cheaper to source those non specific O rings from a hydraulic supplier I find.

Apparently those plastic cracked caps can't be purchased separately either, there is no separate part number as the injectors are pretty much sold as a whole. I hope they aren't too detrimental as I don't plan on buying new injectors to replace those dumb caps

I would contact Keith at KGparts to see if he has any suitable replacements for the plastic primary pintle caps. If possible I would definitely try to replace them.

It looks like Mazdatrix only sells secondary pintle caps, I'm sure you could get some from KGpart as well.

A trick to removing and installing pintle caps without breaking them is to heat them up with a heat gun until they are pretty hot to the touch. You obivously don't want to get plastic too hot...

i never order parts from dealerships anymore for that reason. i asked for the drivers side door handle they give me the passengers. i ask for inner and outer water seals, they give me some seal the size of a tennis ball!!!???

actually... I have them listed for sale in the FS section. https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=739629

you are correct in saying that the primary FD injector has no replacement pintle caps. what we supply is a pintle cap from another vehicle that is modified to work with the FD primary injector.
