Our real-deal FDs got all the love...but don't forget about FD models too! These are the "Hotworks" ones that are finely detailed. I removed the '99 spoilers...

Hi,

These are 1/24 scale...about 7 inches. I got them here about a year ago (blue boxes):

^ Wow...nice! Is that the Kyosho series RX-7s? Those things are huge from the scales I've seen! Also, I love your glass display!

Thanks. Standard IKEA issue! lol

Yep, that's the Kyosho RX-7. They haven't made that series of models in a long time. They've reintroduced the RX-7 Kyosho model with BBS wheels and 96 style rear wing. Only in red and silver.
They're only 1:18th scale. This is the smallest scale I buy. Anything less and you sacrifice detail.
Here are a couple more pics from my collection. The RX-8's are 1:18th Autoart.
By comparison the shelf that has the McLaren road car and GTR racer. The GTR racer is 1:18th. My McLaren is 1:12th. I prefer the bigger models!

No Kyosho or anything but these are some Jada, matchbox, and muscle machines.

I've never been a big fan of die-cast models. (although those look nice)

I do have these 1:24 injection-molded kits:

Tamiya "Efini"

Tamiya "R1"

Rosso

Aoshima

Although they aren't scale models, I also have these "collectables"...

These are the original Mazda sales brochures:

and a couple of magazine articles from when the '93 FD was named "car of the year"
