someone stole my X!

i was washing it yesterday and the x is gone from the back, now it says
R(glue outline of X)- 7, i wasn't pissed at first cause i couldn't figure what the hell someone took it

but what should i do now? should i just take off the R -7? whats the best way to get it off, and the glue off without scraching the paint?

anyone got anyother i ideas? just get a new X?

Getting a new X shouldn't be too difficult but you might have to purchase the entire RX7. If you're going that route I'd just repalce the whole thing. The glue can be taken off with some adhesive remover. If you really REALLY want to save money you can always chop down a tree branch and carve yourself a new X. ^_-

Peace,
AJ ^_^

cause the main point of this thread was to find out where he can get a new "X".

you could go with the Efini nameplate. only $30 bucks, and looks pretty cool.

Click here or the link the pic below to go to the RX-7 Store:

I have the silver rx7 lettering for sale if you want it. I bought a efini name plate, but never put on the RX-7 lettering.

give me an offer and I can send it to you in an envulope.

The nameplate is a collision item. You can get one from www.parts.com collision parts and enter the year, make, and model and look at the rear bumper, bumper & components, nameplate, RX-7 $43.47.

Mine was ripped off by a careless car washer.

I called back, and they denied it...*******. They said if I bought myself a new emblem, they would put it on for me though. Well..That's fine..but I know I'm not taking my car to get washed there again, even if they DID pay for the new emblem, someone that careless isn't going to touch my car again.
