somebody knows why this is happening

Ok, my 93 tt (dogomatic) seems to lose power at light throttle!!! It only seems to happen at night. I go to work and its fine, I drive home and it seems to just shut off... but, when I floor it, it comes alive again? What could this be? My only mod is a PFS cold air intake. I get the normal stock 12-8-10 psi so what could be wrong. Please help me!!!

Are you in colder air at night? cold air is more dense then hot .May be you are going lean at that range because the computer is not adjusting correctly.

Your lights are on! this could be the problem (not a problem just unfortunate) when the lights are on the fans are on. a lot more electrical load on the alternator and on to the engine.

yeah he was right 10-8-10 is the norm. but you may be able to blame your intake for the 12-8-10 ?
