Solenoid Elimination, Non-Seq...

Ok, so I have more plugged hoses than I know what to do with. Is there a way for me to yank some of the solenoids, and simply weld or pinch shut some of the "nipples" that I have plugged?

I know that the ECU still has to take some sort of a signal from the boost solenoid, but come on now...this is bullshit....

Get rid of all your emissions equipment, go full non-seq, and get an electronic boost controller, like me. I have one solenoid under the hood and about 4 vacuum lines

What kind of ecu are you running? Which solenoid are you still running?

If you use the stock ecu you have to put resisters on where the solenoids were to fool the computer.
I didn't do that because I have a PowerFC and it doesn't care.
The one solenoid left is the one next to the alternator.

Solenoid next to the alternator? Nope, not me! My only solenoid is the AVC-R boost control solenoid. As far as ECU, I have PFC so Jedon is right it doesn't care if solenoids aren't connected. My vacuum lines are only for the MAP sensor, the AVC-R, the fuel pressure regulator, and the wastegate actuator. Oh, and the PCV valve.

have you guys have any problems with hot starts with out running the acv and the solenoid for the fpr. My TII had that problem once in a while without any solenoids and all the block off plates installed.
