I am thinking about buying a modded rx7. And what is the best way to go about getting it smogged. I will probably buy one that I can get the stock parts for about $600-700, but is there an easier way that anyone know about in the so cal area. Is there a person that can help?

 

flip a couple hundreds at a place in a poor part of town...youll get your smog done easy enough.

You know California Law now requires the SELLER to smog the car before title can be transferred. Maybe you can negotiate with the seller.
