Smoking after rebuild!?!?!

I lost a coolant seal about 8month ago and had to rebuild my motor. Now before the rebuild I had good compresion and very good power just the cooling sytem would over flow due to the seal being blown. The car did smoke some at start up and at idel (it also did the hula, up and down idel) and I figured this would be cured after the rebuild. Well the car is now running again but the smoking has gotten worse...now I can smell burning oil as I am driving and under boost, cant see any smoke while driving, only when I stop at a stoplight then its allmost james bond smoke screen time... The car has plenty of power the only problems seem to be this oil smoke and the crapy idel. When I did the rebuild I replaced all of the seals along with having the plates surfaced. My thinking is maybe the turbos are letting go or the oil injectors are messed up (I have no idea how they work). We did street port the engine and I am running an Apexi power fc w/15psi.
ANY IDEAS???

My car smoke for about the 1st 2000 miles only on startup for about a minute with shorter duration until it was gone.

You should be able to test the oil injectors with a datalocic connected to the PFC they would generate errors. Sounds like turbos to me

Did you put oil control ring springs in right? they have to go a certain way, to lock the ring with the rotor.

Do you have a FSM (I would hope so if you're rebuilding the engine)? Look on page C-63, it shows exactly how they go.

How many miles are on the twins?(assuming you still have them) Look for puffs of smoke when you change gears after boosting(or don't until the engine is properly broken in). That' s a good sign of bad turbos. Another is looking for oil inside your IC pipes. Check and change your plugs if needed.
Hope it's nothing too bad. Dan
