Unhappy Smoke on high rpm lift off

So ive been working on multiple issues on my 95 JDM FD. I suspect the ignition components and the PFC ive ordered will solve most of them.

However, I noticed yesterday that the car will blow a plume of white/blue/brown? (cant really tell windows are tinted) smoke at high rpm (6-7K) when I lift off the gas. Dosent matter if its in boost or not. I checked coolant and its not chewing up coolant.

I had a thread about my exhaust sound change. When I get to about 4500 or so the exhaust gets significantly louder (whether on boost or not) and the smoke usually follows that sounds change in the higher rpms.

Im suspecting a bad PCV setup or some such other issues. I had it into a rotary shop a while ago and they said they tested the motor and the compression was tight and the turbos seemed to work as they should.

The car is a JDM and has been sitting for god knows how long before I got it. Since it hasnt been running 100% ive only had it upto that high of RPM a handful of times. So maybe carbon buildup? I noticed a little oil in the intercooler piping as well, nothing excessive just enough to coat the pipe in some greasy-ness

Remove your oil filler cap and see if it still does it. It is happening because at high rpm the engine is pulling a lot of vacuum. Could be simply a bad Pcv if your car has one, pulling oil from the IC/intercooler pipes, or start of oil control ring failure.

Thanks for the tip! It does still have the PCV so it might just be worth deleting?

Fixed. Just deleted the PCV and it works great. Going to toss a catch can on it in the next few days.
