smoke colors?

What's the difference between the colors of smoke? My car smokes in the mornings and the color is white. I know that grey smoke means that you're burning oil, does white mean rich? What if you're burning coolant?

Black = Fuel
Blue = Oil
White = Water
Gray = Water and Oil (not sure since I haven't really seen gray smoke :p )
