small problem with car starting and cutting out

ive seen on this forum same problem but the person never gave a reason why the car was cutting out

but any way i wanted to rewire my ecu ( pigi back motec) but befor i do so i wanted to get car running normal
my car starts then cuts out within 2 secs wait for a few secks and start it again and the same cuts out
i do remember taking a jumper wire out from the diag box i will put this back in first thing tomaro

also reading the m2r diagnose i have already checket injectors, crank signal, they are reading fine

also when i turn key fuel presure goes up to 4 bar then when i turn key off it goes down to 0 bar
i think i remember it holding 4 bar when key is turnd off and slowly going down
( this could just be me )

i will post back
