small issues for a starter....

Hello! new owner of a 1995 european fd3s , read everything about reliability mods and i already ordered a greddy spec M intercooler kit , an SRD lower temp thermostat , the greedy elbow pipe .
The car already has an 80mm exaust system with no cat and some intakes from K&N but has the pre cat on so i wanna get a down pipe and with all these i ordered a power fc and commander to avoid trouble with the increased psi that the turbos will work ....and the needs the car will have for fuel....Also the turbos are both in great condition , i got a boost gauge and shows 10 psi , then 8 at 4500 then 10 again....its really ok...the redline i think is around 7500rpm and the car pulls ok till then....
My questions:

1) for the downpipe , do u suggest the 75mm HKS one , or the greddy 80mm one? is the greddy STANLESS steel? anyone used it? here it is:

2) what should the air fuel ratio be on the power fc to be safe? i am in greece , meaning a hot country... 11.5:1 will be safe? to all rpm ? what redline should i put?? i got the stock injectors and i ll keep them

3) i was driving today and suddenly the electronic meter that shows the km the car has stopped working and shows nothing? can anyone help on that?

4) also since i got the car the small light that indicates the airbag turns on and off all the time...

5) even that i got a new battery when i turn on the lights the car for 1 -2 seconds idles bad? is this normal?

6) all the gears go in very good but the 2nd one isnt as smooth as the others specailly if i dont push the clutch real hard , i got to put it slow....does this indicate a problem or this is how our gearbox is? i had a honda before and it was really smooth...but on the fd3s it isnt as smooth....
No problems with 5th gear or reverse though....just got to be really precise when i shift every gear , especially the 2nd.... should i worry?

7) the oil pressure gauge is always at zero....and sometimes when i drive it goes almost to the middle....how does this **** work? what should it show at idle...and what when i drive??

I hope it takes sometime to u to answer to each one if u know , cuz i never had a mazda before , i hasd a civic and these look a little strange to me now...i wanna know if i should be afraid or they are normal! thank u so so much for ur time
