Small fuel leak???

I have aftermarket rails and injectors I used white teflon tape for connecting fittings to fuel rail, but now when the car is on it seems to leak somewhere from the rear sec injector or fuel rail but dont know which. I think its the where the earl's fitting connects to the rail because the teflon tape is a yellowish color and it is only from there. what do you guys think??? I will remove UIM and fix this but how do I check for fuel pressure before installing everything back together??? ( I searched but need info ASAP)

-Thanks

All you need to do is jumper the F/P and ground in the diagnostics box with a paperclip, this will keep the fuel pump running.

Thanks a bunch, this did help alot, I removed the fuel filler cap and UIM, then using a rag I removed the fitting going to the rail. retaped the fitting reinstalled it. I turn the key to the ON position and it did a gurgling sound meaning the fuel was flowing, the FPR showed 40 psi so it had good pressure. Started her up and let her run for 1 hour without any leaks so far.

Glad to hear it man!!! As much time as I've spent on my fuel system in the last month, I've become pretty good at troubleshooting mine. BTW, be careful with those brass fittings, one of mine stripped out. I was able to go to a local automotive hardware store and pick another one up for like $2 luckily.

Just remember to keep an eye on the fuel pressure and keep smelling for fuel.
