Single Urethane Motor Mount- Which One?

Does anyone remember which motor mount holds then engine down under full throttle? I want to install my urethan mount, but I want to try one single urethane and one stock to minimize vibration.

Thanks,
John

Why not rev the engine at the engine bay and look at the twitching motion(torque) of the engine? That should tell you when under WOT, which side is heavy duty side. (I believe it should be the driver side.)

If I could have I would have. Motor is out right now- I'm cleaning the engine bay.

IR performance sells quality poly engine mounts. They have 2 different stiffness's.

Contact them. I bought the stiffer ones with very little vibration and a lot of added precision in my shifts. Couldn't be happier with them.

Their softer ones transfer no vibration.

wow with that attitude, you wont get much more help in the future.

I believe I also stated that it's the driver side in my first post.

Good luck in the future dude.

"I believe" statements don't work for me...it's kinda like basing a strategy on "I hope".... so therefore not helpful.

Secondly- my sarcasm was tongue in cheek...as there was more than one unhelpful post, which wasn't necessarily directed at you. I find it curious that you thought it was directed at you...

Thanks for wishing me luck....but I don't need it. Been a member here for ten years.

My post was to explain that the use of one poly mount is unnecessary... There are options out there that will give you your desired effect without messing with OEM mounts.

I posted the information instead of second guessing your choice. Unhelpful? Maybe..... I was giving the best that I could and trying to be tactful about it. You should try it sometime.

Alas, sarcasm and tongue in cheek remarks rarely translate in written form. And some people's skins are too thin to not understand that.
