should i get one?

i have a daily driven s14 240sx with an sr in it and its a good car. if i got the recalls fixed on an fd would it be just as good? honestly...iv been searching for one for like 5 years and im trying to figure out what to do. mycar already has bad gas mileage so thats no biggy. with fixed parts and maybe a motor swap would an fd be a good daily driver?

I daily drive mine, for the past 3 years or so. It is doable, but I wouldn't recommend it. I'm getting my other car up and running so the FD doesn't have to be daily driven anymore. Also so I can pull the FD motor for a rebuild, and work on single turbo setup. Though, these won't be very soon.

I drive mine weekends only. I would not want to park it anywhere downtown, not because of theft because of doors. FD doors have no doorhandles on the door = dents easily.

Other than that I like to keep it special,

Good luck

There's a FAQ in the stickies and a search button that will uncover a couple thousand past discussions just like this one. Good luck.
