should i do this?
my full hks exhaust system just came in....should i juss put it all on...the exhaust is gonna eliminate both my cats!!!!!wat about boost creep?
and will a restricted exhaust system make it so i dont get full boost...cause im only getting 5psi......(stock 94 touring) i dont have any vaccuum leaks or intake leaks couplings are all new.
any help will be awsome!!

I personally would install the downpipe and catback. You could not be boosting all the way because of a plugged up exhaust system. You could try to run it with the midpipe to see if you boost in the normal pattern. However i would deffinetly let off if you get near 10psi because you risk blowing your motor if you creep. At that point you can determine if you need to replace the cat, go with a high flow cat, or properly control your boost with a midpipe.

If you wastegate is not ported, DO NOT put that exhaust on unless you like replacing motors.

You posted in your thread yesterday https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/no-boost-second-gear-only-634121/ that you hit 10 psi in 3-5th gears, but only 5 psi in the first two gears. The cause of this is documented in the turbo troubleshooting link in the FAQ thread.
If you put those parts on, you will still have low boost in the low gears and then you will overboost in the higher gears. Quit trying to bandaid the problem and fix it properly.
