Should i buy this??????

yea, i have been currently looking for an rx-7 and i found one. Its a 94 fd with 50,000 miles on, it 5 speed manual, the guy said he just bought a new motor for it from japan and is asking 15k for the car. Other than the motor nothing seems to be wrong with it. So what do u think? is it worth it?

New motors don't generally come from Japan and I would be sceptical for that reason alone.

Read this thread, its mandatory for all first time posters.

Where are you in Missouri? There are good clubs in Springfield, Kansas City, and St. Louis.

The dealership is lying to you.

Suntrup has a bad reputation amongst the BMW croud in St. Louis (I used to live there and owned an M).

Look around in the midwest forum and find the local St. Louis for more info on the local club. They can help you find one locally.

I wouldn't touch that car with a ten foot pole and gloves on.

Look in the for sale section of this forum. There are usually some nice cars. I bought mine when I lived in KC and had to go to Tenn. to get it so expect to travel for a good example.
