Should the boost be at 10psi at partial throttle in each gear?

I was wondering what the boost reading should be, you see with my midpipe in place when i give partial throttle in first gear i get like 3 pounds of boost, and in second with partial throttle i get like 5 pounds or so. If i hit the pedal then my boost goes to like 10 pounds in second gear, the boost in third and 4th and 5th is good, i'am wondering what the boost should be in first and second, at partial throttle and full throttle.

Well, partial throttle will vary. More boost, the harder you push the gas pedal, but by full throttle you should have 10lbs of pressure.
