i dont understand something about short shifters i mean does it also make the rpm's drop a lil faster or what becuase wont the car jolt if the rpms are lower than when u release the clutch?

The short shifter just changes the effort/distance it takes to move the stick into gear. It doesn't change anything clutch or transmission related.

Yeah, all a short shifter does is decrease the length of the shift throw.
