UPDATE:

4 rebuilt fuel injectors, 2 vacuum solenoids, 4 new platnium spark plugs, some gaskets and 11+ feet of vacuum hose and SHE RUNS BEAUTIFULLY!!

Put everything back together today and after a deflood proceedure, she smoothed out and ran smooth with 17.5 inHg at idle with hand held vacuum gauge.

As far as my questions about stock 128K mile, oil leaking turbos- today it pulled harder than ever and peaked as far as I can tell at 15 psi on guage with the boost drop in between indicating my solenoids and both turbos are working. Is it still necessary to port the wastegate??

Thanks to everyone's info!!!!!

yea, 15psi is far more than you want if you have no ecu.

you've gotta get it under 12psi on the stock ecu.

So my next question is can I get a Power FC and tune it for more fuel after 5000 RPM?? Or can the standard secondary fuel injectors flow that much fuel and need to upgrade those?

Yes downpipe, midpipe, and high flow muffler (no cat)

I love the hard pull and more power...if I ported the wastegate or restricted the exhaust and got back to 10 or even 12 psi...my power would go down too. I'm now looking for ways to keep my boost but stabalize the aif/fuel ratio to protect the engine

Keep your boost down until you get a PFC.

Power FC or Pettit ECU and Water Meth Asap. Go do a couple 3rd and 4th gear pulls at 15psi on the stock ecu and you will be looking for a rebuild, its that simple. You are on borrowed time everytime you hit the gas pedal right now.

If you dont have the money and want to make the car safer to drive, remove the wastegate pills and just install empty vacuum lines in their place. Search if you are unaware of what I am talking about. It should keep the boost around 9-10psi on the stock ecu. Even 11psi on the stock ecu with your mods is asking for a blown engine.

Hmmm... very interesting... I think I have been blessed by the rotary gods because we installed the downpipe ad midpipe over 2 years ago but prob only 3000 miles...

Do people sell their power fc's or should I buy new? Would a super afc work?

Power FC or Pettit. Dont waste your time with others. Even running 14-15psi on teh Power FC base map is still a gamble. I have done it several times with aftermarket apex seals but sure wouldnt try it on OEM seals. You have definitely been lucky if it has been boosting that high for 3k miles. Most dont make it more than 30 miles boosting that high on the stock ecu.

i bet the problem was the MAP line came off, didn't notice it during teardown but it was reconnected during reassembly.

I think you need to moderate your boost a bit .

like it ws mentioned before remove the pills to let the car not blow up .

Until you can buy a power FC . put something on the FS section reguarding it you can find them used but you will still need a tune but using hte commander you can richen your fuel
to the point where it should be ok

the stock fuel system is supposed to be ok till 14 psi at 100% injector duty .

I'd recommend max you run is 85% .. it may feel great now but its better to follow up on the needed mods . do you have a Wide band ? what is that reading like?
