Shaky engine...Help????

Don't know why but my engine shakes alot during idle? even the car shakes with it too.. When I turn on my heat, I get this really rich smell like my exhaust??? my idle sits around 700-800rpm thought....

How is the idle quality itself? I have a similar problem sometimes in that the motor is actually shaking the car at idle but the idle itself seems pretty smooth.

Idle is sitting where is surpose to be, but pretty rough below 1500rpm, sometimes it stalled so bad that it sounds like the engine's going to die on me, but never dies though... This really annoys me

Change your plugs and perhaps wires if needed. Then use some type of premix. If your seals are going out some Marvel Mystery Oil as a premix might bring back some compression.

OH !! Almost forgot. Open up the throttle body and clean it out VERY well. In a matter of just under a year I managed to accumulate some serious carbon/crud. Be sure to open up all three openings and buy a new can of Carb cleaner. Place a rag underneath to catch the excess cleaner. I used nearly half a can until it began to run clear. Do this and IT WILL HELP. Also, the MMO can be found in any auto parts store and walmart. Just add 4 ounces to a tank of gas. I do 4 ounces to half a tank. It only costs $4 a quart. Try the above and post your results.

Have you guys checked the hose going to your MAP sensor?? If that thing popped off, your FD will run like crap. It's a little box by the throttle body. Check it out and see if there's a hose going through the bottom of it or not.

yeah the hose to the MAP sensor does it a lot, but seems like that is not it seems like you have motor mount issues I would get them checked out cause at idle it would shake due to this.
