well based on my AVCR when idling at 750-740 ish the car gets really shaky. but at like 900 it's very smooth. anyone know whats up?

 

Just leave it at 900... mines been that way since i've owned it and i have no problems

 

its probably running to rich...get to a dyno, you would be suprised......

Pull & check the plugs, and while they're out do a compression check.

nope, not at all. im pretty sure its not compessino because she still pulls hard and i havnt had any hot starts.

 

i think my car just needs a tune up bad. it just runs weird on me if i rev up to like 3 grand and hold it you can hear the car kinda like sputtering like if i hold it up there it goes vrooomputvrrroooomputvrroooputput kinda like that is that normal or what? but doesnt act up why driving in gear it acts totally and drives totally normal

 

This sounds exactly like what my car is doing but i still have some isopropyl alcohol running through my system so that is my excuse.
The other reason this could happen is from a faulty TPS, or perhaps disconnected TPS, and also if your running pretty rich. Check those out.
Doing a tune up however is a great start.

could possibly be motor mounts, when is the last time they've been replaced?

 

i replaces 1 because it broke but then the other one is the stock one im assuming
