Today get off the UIM and saw that one of the solenoid valves was disconnected (brown at pic).
Connected it and go ride. The problem still here .

Also noticed that:
1)I have an oil leak from turbos (I suppose that we need to change gasket there)
2)I have 2 broken intakes from AST: one from tank to air pump, the second from the lowest tank part.
3)I haven't a restictor on the vacuum hose to MAP (boost) sensor. Is it needed in 99 specs car?

What of these can be a reason for low boost at 1st and 2nd?

Today I changed spark plugs, run it again and I had good at all gears, but only once.
After that the car runs at badly at 1,2 and good at 3,4,5.

Oil leak from turbos dissappeared...

I suppose it the reason may be I haven't a restrictor on map hose.
Who can say where defenitely I should look for it?

The piece in the vacuum line to the MAP sensor is a filter. It's doubtful it's causing your issue. Have you tested the "Turbo Control Actuator/Solenoids" part of the system as I posted earlier in this thread?

We tested TCA (it works), tomorrow will check solenoids.

Checked it - work properly.
But noticed strange thing - o2 sensor gives rich mix when idling (800 rpm), lean at 2000 rpm, rich at 4000 rpm...

Power FC also said that o2 sensor work.

It looks like a trouble in Power FC.

Tried to change "o2 F\B" - no changes in work.

Going to connect stock ECU.

It's been a long time since I've had the twins under the hood but I had a similar problem that I found was caused by a collapsing rubber intake elbow between the air filter box and the turbo's that restricted the intake. Try removal of the elbow. If that cures it, you will need a new elbow. The sound under the hood you described is probably the same one I heard under my hood. The collapsed elbow fluttered under boost.

I cannot. Just disconnect inlet air piping to turbo and try a run

You mean two pipes from air filter box to turbos ?

turns out my memory isn't as good as I thought. If you go to page c-15 in the 1994 field service manual, it is part #9 on that page. It is the straight rubber bellows connection. Before I went single turbo, I found a spring that closely fit inside it, to keep it from collapsing. You should just remove it and run the car to see if that is your problem.

I connected stock ECU and got error code 05 (knock sensor).

I suppose that is because we made porting but don't make changes in fuel maps...?

Typically if the stock ECU is reporting and error code, it means there is a sensor/connection issue with that sensor. The PFC should show you the ranges coming from the sensor to validate if it's reading properly.

I do believe that is simply an adjustable bolt nut combination which is not connected to anything.

I get off my knock sensor (left) cause I had the error 05 on stock ECU and low detonation at Power FC's screen (no more than 5).

Also I have another sensor (right) and I decided to install it instead stock knock sensor.
But material in it is almost liquid , is it normal ?
