Secondary turbo low boost, primary spike
93 base with 71xxx miles on original engine/turbo's. When I floor it in first It goes up to 10, sometimes to 11 and holds till secondary when it slowely drops off down to around 6psi till redline, in second same thing, in third it will drop to about 7 psi as well as 4th. precat still on, and since it has high milage could it be pretty clogged and be causing it? I have a downpipe in my garage waiting to go on. What do you suggest?

I have the same problem with an aftermarket DP. It really sucks because my car is soooo much slower. Anyway, a clogged pre-cat could be the cause so put in the DP and see what happens. Unfortunately I do not know the cause of my boost problem so that is the only suggestion I can give you.

Did it happen all of a sudden, or has it slowly gotten worse? I'd guess it to be a control system problem. Check the solenoids/hoses/actuators for the turbo control actuator, charge relief, and charge control.
