secondary fuel rail the top one or bottom

just a quick question
is the secondary rail the higher one in the LIM? that is about 20cm long?

You are correct. the secondary rail is the long one.

if i have a custom rail, with 1600cc injectors will this bolt straight in? do i need anything else?
will the combo of 550/1600 work smoothly?

The combo will work if you have an ECU that you can program in the size injectors you are using so the transition will work correctly .The PFC will let you program with 1500 cc injectors .If you connect the PFC to datalogging you can program the 1600 cc injectors .
