UT Secondary fuel rail leaking

Fuel is leaking around the injector out the bottom, I've swapped both injector and it's still happening. Both o rings look good on both injectors. Could something be wrong with my rail?

Mine did the same thing but only happened to one injector, turned out th O-ring has a crack in it, I just swap the whole rail out with a known good low mileage one.

One of the o rings on the injector was cracked? Or is there some on the rail as well?

There are 2 O-rings per injector, the lower O-ring has a huge crack on mine.

There are some injector insulator between the housing and rail as well.

That's what I thought but couldn't see anything wrong with them. I'm going to change out my rail.

You can pressure test the rails away from the housing to see if any of your injector is leaking, if not then just replace the insulators.
