Has anyone used a the bosch coils for their leading coil replacement? The reason I ask is because i think I got a cruddy TII leading coil and was wondering if anyone used them since the price is very decent. I would be hooking it up to a ignition amp though.

Sorry no Bosch coils here . I have just put in 4 Jocobs coils .Two for the leading and one each for the trailing . Their model C-4 and put out 65000 volts each with an amp .I know the old Bosch blue coils were high out put and did not leak on high vibration motors .

I am using a four channel duel cap amp from AEM . The last one they sent me is working . The two trigger wires for one cap are tied together and the 540 volt out put wire is sent to each pos of the two leading coils . The spark of this set up is great . Time will tell how it will endure . This was not easy to install ,the coils are large and the room is limited .It took several design changes before I hit on the way I was satisified . You can see two coils from the top and they look impressive .
