Search for this ( I did a search)
I understand it seems like several posts are the SOS. But hey let's face it most of the content here is repeat info. I have noticed several posts include, "did a searched" or something like that in the title. People are defending thier posts so they don't get jumped on.
Perhaps the reply which includes, "do a search". has gone too far.
Seems to me some chatting and bullshitting are part of a forum. SO what if someone is recirculating info you already know. We all started knowing nothing. And every post is read by someone who says, "Geez, we just talked about this."
Like many of you I get tired some of the topics, but if three of four memebers what to talk about SMIC vs FMIC again, so what.
I frequently find a some small piece of new info in some very rehashed posted.
Finally, the "do a search" thing may be discourging discussion for fear of reposting something "everyone already knows."
One of the best things we can do is keep the atmosphere friendly and open for people to ask questions and invite discussion. Just maybe we're moving in the wrong direction.
Just my 2c.
