Seals...?

Hello i was just wondering what are better seals to use, i have seen many ppl run 3mm apex seals, or 3mm carbon apex seals, but latly ive seen some ppl running 2mm 2 piece seals. And i was just wondering which would be better to use for reliability and power

stock 2mm if you want reliability. but I am sure someone will argue this. So its all really what you want to run.

Just use OEM 2mm or 3mm seals. Carbon seals are for racing n/a engines! Please use the search function before starting threads, this topic has been debated thoroughly many times.
