hi guys i just got my n/a trans for my gxl rebuilt and the thing is that every gear goes in, except reverse for some reason any ideas what could be the problem? all the bearings, synchro's, and shift forks were replaced along with the seals...

 

Take it back to whoever rebuilt it.

But you are SURE you are pulling the shifter far to the passenger side and back, right?

 

jusc cause you replace it with new doesnt make it new. take it back make em realign it and bench test it till it works. ill guess they "forgot" the reverse fork or misaligned it.
