SARD Thermostat from Rotary Extreme

Anybody running one? It says from the description "68 Celsius thermostat reduces chance of overheating". Just wondering if anyone has proof that it will lower the water temps and if so by how much?

That's 154.4F which would not be good for winter, only good for summer.

It still could overheat in summer, just take a wee bit longer.
