DESPERATE HELP NEEDED, Missfiring under boost

I have a 94. The problem is when boost is above 0, its missing, no power, can here a knock heavy sometimes but mostly like a 2 strock missing, the rpm can be brought up with no boost, but when any load is put on and boost is required missing happens.

Here's the history............ran fine when taken apart. took it a part 4 years ago, removed from the block-- coils, manifold, rebuilt turbo sent out for balancing, alternator, vacum hose assy, injectors, all parts from intake and glass beaded after porting, installed new water pump, thermostat, did not remove the motor it has about 80k on it. Did not pass emissions so was going to do some mods.

Work done:
ported polished and matched all intake, and turbo housing's milled and opened turbo castings welded and remachined turbo cracks, polished turbo castings.

During my trouble shooting removed both cats. Then checked the following
full pump pressure, flow, vacuum hose's about 5 times, ohmed out coils, tsb, cleaned injectors all new seals, checked solenoid valves for functions when power applied, changed plugs, checked vacuum diaframs with tester, Ran extra ground wires, the car seems to idle fine, starts good, no missing when gunning it. Only under load.

Any help would be great I’m lost which direction to go from here.

: Confused:

The problem seems to get worse after warm up

Sounds exactly like a disconnected MAP sensor.

Yeah - check the map sensor. Little black box on the firewall in front of the driver. Should be a vacuum hose attached to the bottom. Might have popped off under boost. Causes crazy problems if it's off.

Checked the knock sensor , shows a voltage jump when tapping on the hoist bracket, try the coils next, not sure how to test the ECU, any other sugestions be great..

Thanks everyone!!!
