Yup, they are pretty much the same except the exhaust manifold and turbo ones are different as you know, I bought the 2nd gen gasket set for my rebuild, cheaper then 3rd gen sets.
I think you might need to buy some other gaskets separately, can't remember what though..

Alright thanks, I just saved some $$. Im pretty sure that the exhaust one is the one thats diff. and mine is in good condition so i dont have to worry about that.
