do google search for SAMCO hoses. I got rad hoses from Vividracing.com they were kinda slow and hard to communicate with, but came through at competitive price. Forgot where I got my IC hoses.

Or you can get the perfectly shaped OEM hoses for about 1/5 of the price. They work just fine and will last for years.

SAMCO hoses are the exact shape of OEM, however if you are replacing hoses due to age you need a million little OEM water hoses, coolant returns, overflow, heater, intake manifold, turbo etc... search this forum for a list of part numbers. I am supprised we don't hear of ruptured coolant lines to turbo ... they must be subjected to the highest heat levels.

I bought heat shield aluminized fabric tubing to cover these lines (source Summit Racing etc.).

Keep reading . That's a really common hose failure, actually.

I'm with Rynberg - the stock hoses look decent, fit well, and last for a VERY long time, as well as being cost effective. The price for the Samco hoses just doesn't match up with the benefit. But, if you're going for a fully-blinged engine bay, you can't beat it.

They don't by chance make Samco hoses for FMIC installations do they? I wouldn't think so, but it can't hurt to ask if someone knows.

i wasn't getting samco hoses for the blinged out look, thats why in the first post i said samco-like, meaning they didnt have to be samco, and iam only replacing the upper rad. hose because it ruptured on me about 5days ago, and ive heard that samco hoses were superior to the oem 1s thus me asking for samco-like hoses

they have couplers and such as well. you can also buy seceral diameters per meter and cut them up yourself at cheaper price.

I cut mine to fit my vertical mounted rad and they fit pretty well. The reason i got the samco hoses over stock where that the samco hoses had more of a glossy look over the stock ones.
