Safe to drive on highway with this oil leak?

Leaking from the oilpan/pass motor mount area it seems, drove it for 50 miles on the highway the other day when I shut the car down I noticed it was burning off the heatshield on the main cat

car losses ~1qt/1200 miles, seems to do most of it's leaking when it's shut down, anyone had this leak before?

You can probably get away with that for a while as long as there's not so much oil that it puddles and causes a fire.

Oil pan leaks are a common problem - the oil pan most likely needs to be removed and resealed. Oil can also leak from other things (turbos, etc.) in that area, so make sure where it's coming from.

See this link for oil pan removal: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-gen-archives-73/easier-oil-pan-removal-305386/
