S8 engine in S6 chassis

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to install a S8 engine in a S6 chassis? By installing wiring and an S6 ECU...

It's possible that some sensors will need to be replaced, but the engine will run correctly, right?

thanks

all the engines are the same. for the electrical you will need to replace the front, dash, firewall and engine harness. its all a matched set for the 16bit. theres no reason to do that though. just use what your car has. the engine is the same

Thanks,
Yea, the idea is to install the S6 engine wiring (the rat's nest will have to be changed)

but we had doubts about whether they are mechanically compatible or if it would not work well.

If it allowed in spain then you could do a power fc and go simplified sequential. it would allow you to not use the black box and use individual solenoids. it would simplify a lot to go this route

It could be done without any problem. It's harder to find someone who can tune the power fc…

I have a post saved with the rat's nest mods
