RX8 Oil Control Ring Rubber/O-ring in FD?

when u order new oil control rings now, Mazda will just send you whatever the newest they have, which is the Oil Control Rings for Rx-8

but here is the question, have u guys tried to use the rx-8 oil control ring o-rings ?

As far as I know, those for Rx8 are Viton (finally) and should last much longer than the original crap they have been using for decades. Anybody tried this before ?

I just use viton o-rings standard for all the engines I build. As long as it's viton I'm not really worried who the merchant is.
