Rx8 6 speed tranny swap in 3rd gen Rx7
been asked about a million times on the second gen forum and the same answer goes here:
it's a waste of time, adds more time shifting so your 1/4 mile times will drop only benefit would be a little more torque where you would normally be shifting between 2nd and third now.
the 6 speed is only made to handle approx 200RWHP, it WILL break if even semi abused in a turbo rotary.

The RX-8 uses a Miata transmission. Would you consider putting a Miata transmission in your car?
