Question rx7 specialties?

Hello. I am looking at buying a car with a motor built buy rx7 specialties. They are the ones located in canada. Does anyone know anything about them? I hear they are a great place to buy engines from. They also told me the engine they did had brand new housings, 3mm hurley apex seals and was street ported and polished. What do you guys think of this place?
